How do sober people act?!


Question: How do sober people act!?
Are they cranky or are they hyper!?
Because I used to drink and I went sober a few a days ago and I was really hyper and when I was done drinking when I wasn't sober I was really calm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you stopped drinking for a short time, you were dry not sober!. It takes 67 days for all the toxins in alcohol to flush out of your body so you can start a period of sobriety!. You cannot do it alone so go to AA and get help!.
They will take you through a 12 step program that works if YOU work it!.
You will gain insight into a higher power and will get the tools you need to resist alcohol and drugs when you get the cravings!.
look in the phone book under Alcoholics anonymous and find out where a meeting is near you and go!.
If you go it alone when the sh*t hits the fan; you will have no mental defense against the first drink; and the first one is the one that gets you drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I tend to notice the opposite effect!. When I drink at night, I tend to be mellow the next day!.

However, if I binge a lot (like 8 hours a night for a week), I end up waking jittery!.

As far as hangover, I usually get none besides the sh*tz from the booze because I usually try to sober up before I go to bed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
