Mainstream beers/lagers tend to be awful in my opinion!. Especially American 'beers' as they are often watered down and don't generally have a taste!. I live in the UK and the mainstream lagers are things like Carling, Budweiser or Stella!.
My preference is actual European lagers such as Budvar or Okochim!.
