I've never made "home made wine" but a lot of wines will actually freeze and the bottle will burst if you leave them in your freezer for too long!.!.!. look out! I was a floor manager at a restaurant doing beer & wine inventory one night and noticed 4 bottles of white wine were missing! I asked a waitress if she had seen them!.!.!. she told me she put them in the freezer at the beginning of her shift becuase they were still too warm to serve!.!.!. that was 7 hours earlier! Low and behold, I check the freezer, and 4 bottles of wine were all over the place! What a mess! Www@FoodAQ@Com
