People's replies are stupid, what does his question have to do with the way he spelled "thots"!?

He also used You're (as in you are) vs the right Your (the possessive term) he intended!. So WHAT!!!

It's a very good question, and from my personal experience and a good point the asker has, yes SOME younger people are more inclined/trained to listen while with adults (particularly your parents) we're suppose to look the other way!.

Anyway, I didn't start drinking until I was 20, but compared to how much I drink versus stupid scale, I'm pretty damn responsible from how I've seen my 'elders' handle it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would have to say neither one!. If you drink - no matter what your reason is -you are being irresponsible !. Most people , young and old alike , believe that they can handle their drinking!. The sad truth is even if you are just taking communion at church you are impairing your ability to make judgments and then you unleash yourself to the rest of the world and that is about as irresponsible as you can get!. So I would say the NON-DRINKER is more responsible , but not always the safest (some people are just whack , even sober !)Www@FoodAQ@Com

In ways, I definitely think the younger adults!. They are given so much information before they start drinking about impaired driving, having a buddy and safe sex rules!. These are even taught through the school a little bit!.

I think that there is more awareness now than there was when older adults were younger, and drinking while underage is no longer a taboo!. People talk about it (even though it is against the law) and parents are more accepting of picking up there teenaged kids from parties when they are drunk, so they don't drive home!.

I know that I would tell my kids that if they are drinking, fine, but call me when you are coming home and I will pick you up - no questions asked!.

Anyways that is my opinion!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Common sense does not "grow on you", nor does it propagate through DNA!. Any sense under the influence is no sense at all!. Some people can handle their liquor a tad better than others but that don't mean they got a leg to stand on after a couple when it comes to getting behind the wheel!.

Alcohol works!. It doesn't matter how old or young you are!.

The best partaying is done at home because you always survive the ride there and back!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I look back and think about when I was the least responsible it would have to be when I was young!. I see your point but I am40 and now I dont need to drink and then drive I just say home and dring if I want to If I go out I have some drink but never too many I think 15 years ago Ya I was drinking and driveing stupid yes it is the age groop of 23 to 33 you have to watch out for they just dont thinkWww@FoodAQ@Com

as a teen,
i feel like an adult, you should be more mature and youve had your fun!.

but,
there are still some adults who get wasted!.
i mean beyound!.

but all together,
some adults are just like teens!.
getting drunk!.

or some teens are like adults,
not getting drunk,
just having fun!.

hoped i helped

Definately older adults!. More younger people under 25 are killed on the roads than older people and a lot have alcohol involved as well as excessive speed!.
Statistics DO NOT LIE!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

neither, alcohol affects everyone the same way!. sorry to disappoint you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Older adults -- only because they've "been there, done that"Www@FoodAQ@Com

older drinkers, because they know how to spell "thoughts"Www@FoodAQ@Com

you are thots!?

makes no senseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Older!.

Sorry dude!. I live in a party-college town!. I've yet to see even one moderatly responsible young adult!. After about 24 though, they seem to calm down and stop being so stupid about alcohol; I guess the novelty wears off!.

What kills your argument is that drinking under 21 is illegal!. Period!. It doesn't matter HOW responsible you think you are, you're still breaking the law!. So no, I don't think you're being more "responsible!." And over-drinking kills your liver!.

As much as I LOATHE drunk drivers (my room mates sister was killed by one) you're not a whole lot better in the morality scale!.!.!.!. (plenty of teens have died from "over-drinking" and partying)

I don't know where Laur lives, but underage drinking isn't an issue of whether or not it's "taboo," it's ILLEGAL!. It's nice that your mommy lets you party, but that doesn't make it ok or legal!. My parents grew up in the 60's and honey, EVERYONE was on drugs and drinking!. It wasn't taboo at all!.!.!.!.!. and we all had crap like DARE, everyone's always talked about it!.

Glad you won't drink and drive!. But jeeze!. The parties we threw weren't so warm and fuzzy!.!.!. usually it was the cops calling our moms!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
