How much did a mug of beer cost in the.....................?!

I didn't start drinking till the mid 70s!. I was too young to go into a bar so I'd buy a 6 pack!.

I can remember !.25 beer nights at a small microbrewery in the mid-80's!. And we were allowed to bring our own mugs!. I had an extra large mug, they filled to the rim, for a quarter!. Nothing like getting drunk for a buck on a Tuesday night!.
