1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1 oz white creme de menthe

1 part Green Creme De Minthe
1 part Cream (or milk)
Pour in a blender with ice cubes and blend at high speed!.
Strain (no ice) into a margarita glass and enjoy!
