Mothers againest drunk driving what would happen if a wineshop allowed customers pour themselves wine samples?!
Lets say a store takes a bad risk by setting up some wine samples on a wine tasting counter an lets customers help themselves if they want to tastes some wine which i agree is a bad idea!.How much trouble would any wine or liquor store get into by allowing customers to pour themselves wine samples!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

This would be illegal in any state of the US, if there wasn't someone controlling the amt!. poured and checking the ages of the tasters!. I believe the owner would be either heavily fined (in the thousands of dollars) or could lose their liquor license entirely!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
They wouldn't get in trouble!. It's drinking at your own risk!. It's just like drinking at a bar!. If a person gets wasted at the bar, then go driving and gets into an accident, the individual is held accountable, not the bar owners!. If a person know they have to drive home, then they're responsible for knowing when to cut out the drinking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
