Beer cans in the freezer.. whats the worst can happen? anyone had this accident?!
my dads put 2 beers cans in the freezer last night and they've just exploded!. not much damage, just soggy frozen chips!. whats the worst could have happened!? has anything ever happened to you guys!?

A standard freezer can contain a beer can explosion without blowing its doors!. If you happened to open the freezer at the moment the can exploded, you might have gotten hit in the face, and this would be the worst that would happen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you put a six pack of bottles in the freezer and they freeze causing expansion, causing the glass to break ,, does it violently explode!? it can spray the whole insides with beer
not blow open the door!.
you could have a problem with brocken glass on eadibles
probably no violent explosion but cans or bottles it will get messy
you could get lucky, like my husband and it only shoves out a little and remains solid!.
it might stink up you fridge/freezer too it will smell like yeast or fresh bread ,, but you will know it is beer so it will smell funkyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lol, well diet pepsi will do the same thing!.!.along with many other canned drinks if you leave them too long!. I'd say the worst thing that could have happened was you opening the freezer at the moment they exploded!. So in the future just put them in the fridge :) hahaWww@FoodAQ@Com
yes it happened to me before but i had 3 cans of budwiser in the freezer and out of nowhere the door of the fridge/freezer just swung open and a can came speeding out of the freezer and crashed into the wall like a rocket!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
