Just Dessert, you do not know beer if you think real beer is not sweet!. The fact is real beer is indeed sweet and this is the reason hops are added!. Your answer needs to be that you prefer bitter!.

I like a good balance of flavors, but edging towards the bitter!. I find the bitter beers more refreshing!. I like a good Czech or German pilsener with plenty of hops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
