Want to flip bottles!? Join the circus!. If the place is busy, make drinks faster, better, and with more consistency than anyone else!. That will result in more tips and a better chance of scoring discriminating regulars!.

The only real exception is that you should have a couple of cocktails that are showpiece items!. For me, it is the martini, manhattan, godmother, and a few shots!. When you order these drinks from me, they have to be, at worst, from the high end of the call!. Because they are long count drinks, I generally do a high pour after washing and examining every piece of equipment touching the alcohol!. For martinis, I bring my own olives (three different kinds) and vermouth!. Manhattans get a special bitters recipe that I make at home and special cherries!. Godmothers get a hand-cut lemon zest sculpture/decoration/gimmick on every glass!. Every drink is made right in front of the purchaser and there is certainly an upcharge for it!. I've worked out a deal with the house, so the manager knows I'm upcharging for the drink!. I also warn the purchaser that these drinks are more expensive when bought from me, but they're absolutely worth it!. These drinks are only for people at the bar who order from me, directly!. You can't get them from a waitress or through another bartender!. It keeps my end of the bar crowded and flowing with cash!. If you order anything else, you just get a good drink in the proper glass every time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
