10 cans Welch's White Niagara frozen juice!.10 lbs!.sugar!.3 gallons water!.1 packet wine yeast!.Mix Mix juice,sugar,and water together !.Pour into 5 gallon carboy!.Add yeast!.put airlock on carboy!.When airlock quits bubbling,wine is done!.You asked for simple and easy,this is it!.Not a great wine but quite drinkable!.Cost:under $30!.for about 22 bottles of wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
With the wine kits!. You need to buy the equipment (US$60) and the juice kit (US$40-$200 depending on quality)!. You'll probably need to go to a homebrew store for the equipment!. You can get the juice kits at the homebrew store and also at Costco or some grocery stores!. The directions come with the juice kit and are super easy!. The kits usually produce 30 bottles so if you can supply the empty glass bottles and don't need to buy them you should get your first batch for as low as $3!.33/bottle and every batch after that for as low as $1!.33/bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
