What is your hangover "cure"?!

Question: What is your hangover "cure"!?
There are many things that are thought to "cure" hangovers, like coffee, water, energy drinks, etc!. I even had a friend who ate Big Macs to get rid of it!. I have a lot of success with Rice Krispie treats, believe it or not!.

What works for you personally to help ease the morning after too much alcohol!? Serious answers only, please!. ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

obviously it is better to not get hangovers!.!.!.but since your question is about how to "cure" it if it has already happened, here is what I do:

drink lots of water, eat greasy food (i love diner breakfast, biscuits & gravy, eggs, etc) and sleep as much as you can!.

If you can't sleep, hit up some plop plop fizz fizz (alka seltzer) and ibuprofin!. keep drinking water and hot herbal (no caffiene) tea!. stay away from coffee!.!.!.it is a diuretic and you are already going to be having a hard time staying hydrated!.

I've found that if you take a multivitamin with a full bottle of water before you go to bed that hangovers are not so bad!. It replaces alot of the vitamins and minerals you lose while hydrating you!. The reason you get symptoms of a hangover is mostly because you're dehydrated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best cure is to not get them!. Obviously managing your intake is a good idea, but every time I've had a few drinks I drink at least 16 ounce of water and take a few advil, tylenol, whatever your preference BEFORE I go to sleep!. I wake up a big groggy sometimes but I never get hangovers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

However many drinks you drink in a night, drink that in water or double the amount!. Eat something, stay awake till you feel yourself sobering up an then go to bed an you'll probably sleep right through!. I usually do so I never get hangovers!. :)
