This is kinda funny, I was on the Martial arts page, and came here because people kept posting things off topic!. so too answer your question, a Haymaker!. Or you could just get Hi-C and Everclear, and drink some of that, then you can practice the punches on yourself, and it won't bother you at all, though watching you try to give yourself a haymaker would be a chuckle!.
