and he has diarreah!.!.!.!.i have no medicine to give him so i asked my aunt what to do and she said ginger ale and crackers!.!.!.or toast and sprite!.!.!.but neither has worked!.!.!.i really need help with this!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The crackers and ginger ale, or toast and sprite is not to stop the vomiting and diarrhea!.!.!. it's to keep him from having an empty stomach and from dehydrating!. Those items are the easiest on a sensitive stomach!.

He's probably drunk, just let him throw up and roll him onto his stomach if he passes out in the bathroom!. I would give him water with a few pinches of salt or gatoradi!. Salt helps the body retain water so he wont be so dehydrated (which is why sports drinks use it)!. the sugar and carbonation in ginger ale won't be very settling to his stomach!. Toast or any kind of crackers is a good idea!. They probably wont work right away, its just one of those things that you have to let pass!. If he hasn't been drinking and its something else, you should make sure he drinks plenty of fluid and eats and if other symptoms start poppingg up you could take him to a doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
He probably has a stomach virus, in which case you cant treat, but you just have to wait until the virus passes through your bros body!. Let him rest and give him lots of liquids, but dont be surprised if he even throws that up!. Dont worry it will probably only last a day!. It is very common!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had this yesterday and mine seemed like it was just at 24 hour flu or something!. I think it is going around right now, if this persists for over 48 hours I would take him to a doctor, if he can't get liquids to stay down he will eventually dehydrate!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
