Contrary to what you have read on here from some folks who obviously do not know what they are talking about, Bartending School is not a waste of time and money, nor should a good Bartending School promote bad habits!. I am a certified Professional Bartending Instructor for the Professional Bartending Schools of America and PBSA has been training the best bartenders in the business for over 30 years using time-tested traditional methods, all while focusing on the popular drinks of the day!. PBSA stresses good habits, teamwork, efficiency and professionalism!. We don't just teach you how to make great drinks, we teach you how to be a great Bartender, which includes providing over-the-top customer service and more importantly serving your guests responsibly!. You will obtain a valuable amount of information in a very short time at a PBSA School and upon graduation, you are a Certified Mixologist ready to go out and take on the world!. (Not to mention that our schools offer nationwide job placement assistance! How cool is that!?) Now, anybody can learn how to make a rum and coke or pour a beer on the job, but a Professional Bartender should be able to make over 150 drinks from memory with ease!. Attitude, knowledge and personality are all the keys a Professional Bartender needs in order to make great money and have fun all at the same time! Hope this helps!. Cheers! -T-boneWww@FoodAQ@Com

Bar tending school!? Is this a place where you get to fling bottles around and mix cocktails!? Well, if you have a very cute body and like to flirt, and if you think you can do the whole Tom Cruise thing with the cocktails - go for it!. What the hell, if you earn more in tips it has to be worth a go!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't heard good things about bar tending school!. No body really cares, as long as you have your license!. Get a job as a bar back and work your way up, experience is pretty much the only way, I've heard from friends who bar tend!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

From what I understand Bar tending school is a waste of money but a lot of fun!. So while you might not learn much there, you will get wasted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
