Firstly, your finished product is not going to taste very good due to using the baker's yeast instead of wine wine yeast!. The baker's yeast works to produce more CO2 than alcohol, whereas wine yeast will make more alcohol (and taste better)!.
As for your question, it will take approx!. 1 month to finish the active fermentation stage (primary), at which point you will want to rack it to secondary!. Racking is simply siphoning, but you want to make sure to leave the sediment in the original container!. Once in secondary, give it another month or so until the product is clear!. Once clear, you can either drink it, or rack it again and let it age!.
Feel free to email me anytime if you have any questions, or need help!. I could also recommend a couple good books if you are seriously interested in making wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
