Answers:
Once you've passed growth stage, there are physical benefits for light drinking, that is one glass of beer or wine for girls and two for boys, per day!. (No, you can't save up those glasses and have them all on the weekend!) More than that and you start to experience the negatives of drinking, of which there are too many to list!. Alcohol is a strain on your liver and it also causes stomach upset, dehydration, and B-vitamin deficiency in high amounts!. If you have a family history of addiction or alcoholism, it is not recommended that you drink at all because you run a higher risk of becoming addicted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the person!.

For me as long as I don't binge for too long, it keeps my blood pressure down!. When I was a little drunk last night, my BP dropped to 117/72 (I'm usually 130's/80's)!. However, if I drink too much, it has the opposite effect when I'm sober!. So I use my little Omron wrist-monitor BP thing to make sure I'm not going through any physiological rebounds that are asymptomatic!.

The negatives, unknown related health issues that might arise when I get older!.

The positives, and it's a big positive, it makes me happy and gives me something to look forward to at night (around 9 o'clock)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The negative for me was prison time!. I had a total of 3 DWI'S with no accidents or injuries involved and got sentenced 10 years!. It has ruined my relationship, my credit, etc!.

There are positives as long as you drink in moderation and exercise good judgment!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

negatives: drinking too much makes you sick!. people use it for an excuse to be stupid, like having sex with random guys, and driving drunk!.
