Question: Bulk Frozen Margarita Tub: Can I use it slowly!?

I like to enjoy a frozen margarita each night after work, but hauling out my blender and mixing it from scratch is getting old!. I've seen those large bulk tubs of margarita mix that you add tequila to, wait a day or whatever, and then it dispenses frozen margaritas!. I'm assuming the manufacturer means for it to be for parties, but is there any reason I can't just dispense one a day!? Will it spoil!? Will it freeze solid, etc!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcohol doesn't spoil quickly!. Don't let it sit unused and unrefrigerated for more than a month!. It should re-freeze without any problems!. Otherwise- no problem!.!Www@FoodAQ@Com
