That really all depends on your preference and what kind of brandy you like as there are several types of brandy!. Quite a few people used to order brandy and 7, brandy and water, or brandy and soda!. There are also other drinks that include brandy such as Brandy Alexander which is brandy, kahlua, and milk!.

Here are a few good things to do with brandy:
BRANDY ALEXANDER
1 oz!. Brandy
1/2 oz!. Creme de Cacao (chocolate liqueur)
1/2 oz!. Vanilla vodka
3 oz!. Ice cream
Combine in blender, blend into milkshake consistency!. Pour into tall glass drizzled inside with chocolate syrup!. Sprinkle a little fresh ground nutmeg on top and bash it!
To make homemade top-shelf orange liqueur (similar to Grand Marnier or Gran Gala, but less expensive): Combine equal parts Triple Sec and Brandy!. Embellish with a little honey and/or vanilla extract and a few uncracked peppercorns for fun!. Shake daily and let set for three to six weeks!. YUMMY!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
