Why did i get so drunk?!

Question: Why did i get so drunk!?
Last Friday, I had 4 beers and 4 shots of rum!. I was drunk, but I felt good and even helped one of my friends get home because she was having trouble walking and was throwing up a lot!.
Last night, I had 2 beers, 4 shots of rum, and a mixed drink with rum!. Although I drank a similar amount as I did last Friday, I got way more drunk this time and ended up being "the drunk guy" at the party I went to with my friends!. I was throwing up and had trouble walking because I was so dizzy!.
I ate before I started drinking both nights (last Friday I had 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and this Friday I had 1 pb and j sandwich and a lot of pretzels)!. One other difference is that last Friday was sort of a lazy day and this Friday I went on a 12-15 mile bike ride in the early afternoon!. Both times I drank the same brands of alcohol (it's mine so it wasn't spiked) in the same location before going out!.

Why do you think I got so drunk and sick last night and did not last Friday when I drank basically the same amount of the same stuff!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
it might be the mixed drink it depends on what was in it!.!.!. and sometimes being "drunk" is a mental thing instead of a physical thing!.!.!. you might never know for sure!.!.!. this has happened to me before thoughWww@FoodAQ@Com

depends, sometimes if you eat a greasy food before you drink it helps you get less drunk and have a higher tolerance!. it depends on the person really!. sometimes its a head game thing like on nights that i want to get f-ed up i get drunk pretty quick and theres other nights when it takes a while for them to catch up!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

could it be that seeing your friend so trashed on "last friday" made you feel a lot less drunk then you really were!. and they do say that mixed alcohol's gets you more drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because you drank alcohol!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe it was because you ate less the first time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
