Does eating while drinking slow the buzz?!
Answers:
No, it does not!. Alcohol begins to enter your system the moment it's in your mouth!. It goes directly to your bloodstream; it does not need to be digested!. There is no food that will absorb and bind alcohol until the food is digested!.
The reason there's pretzels and peanuts on the bar is because they're salty - and salt makes you thirsty and want to drink more!. And why not!? The bar is there to make money, not to make you happy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. You can still consume the same amount of alcohol and the only thing that slows it down is the amount of time it takes you to consume it!. The human body on average will process one drink per hour!. One beer at 5!.5 % alcohol, one 6 ounce glass of wine, one shot of hard liquor!. They will all take about an hour per to get out of your body!. You will still get a buzz, but your mood rather than eating will have a greater effect on how quickly you get it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Depends on what you're eating!. Anything very "bready" will soak up the alcohol, preventing it from entering your bloodstream, thus preventing intoxication to a certain degree!. If you want to slow the buzz, the best way to do it is to eat before you drink, rather than after you've already had a few!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yeah, the alcohol is absorbed into your bloodstream slower when you have food in your stomach!. It's better than the alternative, which is drinking on an empty stomach which is a good way to make yourself feel pretty sick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
