If a person drinks a glass of any kind of alcohol a day , does he risk to become an alcoholic ?!

1-2 drinks a day is average and actually healthy (as long as it's no more than that)!. One drink a day hardly sounds like an alcoholic! There is nothing to worry about here it sounds like!. One drink per day is nothing even close to alcoholism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
An alcoholic could either be defined as someone who is addicted to alcohol or someone who drinks to excess!.

I enjoy a few bottles of beer regularly, and then occasionally I don't have any for a few days (either oweing to laziness to go buy more or not feeling like it)
So I can honestly say I don't suffer any form of addiction, of course, if you regularly drink heavy spirits, that increases your likelihood of addiction, but it's of course still down to the individual!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

obviously drinking alcohol makes you more likely to become an alcoholic than those who don't drink at all, but one glass is probably fine!. alcoholism does have a hereditary factor however, so that can make a difference in how likely they are to become dependent!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
