HOMEMADE KAHLUA

3 c!. sugar
3 c!. water
10 tsp!. instant coffee
3 c!. vodka
3 tsp!. vanilla extract

Simmer water - sugar and coffee for 1 hour!. Let cool!. Add vanilla extract and vodka!. "Happy Holiday Cheer"!.
