Answers:
An airlock is a device that will let the carbon dioxide from fermentation escape while not letting air enter the fermenter!. Good luck with your attempt at wine!. You are going to need it!. May I suggest a book by CJJ Berry!? He has several and all are good!. They will tell you what you need to make wine!. Check your library or (through them) interlibrary loan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
