it was purchased on the shelf, not refrigerated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Some beers have expiration dates, so it's best if you drink it by that date!. Though, basically!.!.!.as long as it's not in direct light, it'll be fine for years, or should be!. It might not taste as fresh, but it's not going to spoil!. If it wasn't in the fridge and got hit with too much light, it'll get skunked!. And that's gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Budweisser has this gimmick where they have the date the beer was bottled on the label!. They say that a beer should be consumed within 90 days of that "born on" date to assure freshness!.

I don't drink beer, but my friends do!. So, if I ever have a party where they leave left-over beer, I just keep it in the fridge!. I've had beer in there for several months before someone drank it!. And, no one ever complained!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should be fine for years and years as long as you don't open it!. It only needs to go in the refrigerator when you want a cold beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I guess it may depend on the beer!. I have a pack in my fridge that I've had since January of this year, but it says to drink by end of Sept '08!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i just drank one the other day that had been in the fridge for 3 years!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
