Answers:
A little history of Taylor Wine!. It was started in the late 1800s by the Taylor family!. It grew so large that they no longer produced their own grapes but bought them on the open market and built a large winery a few miles from where their vineyards were!. In 1958 the family sold the winery to a big commercial producer, which was later purchased by Canandaigua Wines and then in turn by Constellation Wines which owns 100s of wineries around the country!. It is still in operation today and making Taylor Lake Country Wines!. After selling the winery, Grayton Taylor repurchased the original vineyards and built a new winery called Bully Hill!.
Other than as a novelty, the bottle you have (produced in 1993) has no real value!. Taylor Wines are very inexpensive wines made from native north american grapes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's probably the date that the wine was released from the winery!.
Honestly, you won't get much for this wine!. It is not drinkable and was very inexpensive when released!. It used to cost around $3!.00 per bottle!. Taylor wine company has been bought and sold so many times, it's amazing they still make the wine!. There was a time when Taylor was popular, but it has been replaced as there are so many good wines on the market!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is probably the date it was released by Quality Assurance!. The LIB would be the inspector's initials and the 6!.23!.93 would be September 23, 1993!. About the only thing that makes sense on a handwritten label!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
