One opened, how well does umeshu keep?!
I have just opened a bottle of Choya extra aged umeshu, and Id like to know how quick I have to drink it before it goes off!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would refrigerate and drink it within a week or so!.
#1 It has real fruit in it!.
#2 It is wine based!.
#3 When you open wine, unless it is vacuum sealed it should be consumed within a week otherwise you will consuming vinegar!.
