Question: If a glass of wine is left uncovered for 24 hours how soon does the alcohol evaporate,!?
and does it evaporate entirely!?

Just curious!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
If the humidity in the room is low, the water content will evaporate faster than the alcohol content, leaving you with just as much alcohol but less wine!. If the humidity is high, less water evaporation will occur, and you'll lose some alcohol without as much reduction in volume!. This is one of the big reasons why wine cellars need to be humidity-controlled!.

Regardless of the humidity level though, you won't have a glass of alcohol-free wine in the morning!. This chart, http://www!.betterendings!.org/Recipes/coo!.!.!. , from the Minnesota Nutrition Council , suggests that your wine will still contain 70% of its alcohol content in the morning!. also, probably ants :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
