Question: Whats the difference between imported Molson Canadian and Molson Canadian that is served in Canada!?
I live in Texas and I have had my share of Molson Canadian down here, and somebody on one of my older questions said if you get a genuine Molson and one of these so called imported ones side by side they would taste differently, how is that so!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
it's the same exact beer!. the only difference is what happens to the beer on the long journey from canada to texas!. the fresher the beer the better it tastes that's common knowledge!. just like yeungling tastes better up here in PA!. if they were producing 2 different styles of beer i'm sure they'd be labeling 2 different products because marketing says we will try variations of a product we already trust!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The percentage of alcohol is the difference!. Molsen 's that is sold in Canada has a higher alcohol content by volume than what is sold in the US!. Which means that it is stronger!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I generally consider ratebeer!.com to be the grand source of beers!. They don't have two seperate listings for Molson Canadian!.

I'm inclined to believe that they are not producing two different versions!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The alcohol content is higher in Canada I believe!. This is true of Labatts as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

None!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
