I suppose they could do if they were being "all responsible"!.
But there wont be any legal requirement for them to ask your age!.
All the ingredients and equipment on their own are not age restricted so you`ll be fine!.
P!.S I wouldnt plan on trying to hide it from anyone at home!. It makes odd sounds when you are making it and it indeed smells like a brewery :P

You will absolutely not get carded, just as you would not get carded for buying bakers yeast and apple juice at the supermarket!. This is a loop hole for underage people to obtain alcohol!. In many states though, it is illegal to have alcohol in your possesion if you are under age no matter how you obtained it, even by homebrewing!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
