Does anyone know if light beer has the same alcohol content as regular beer?!


Question: Does anyone know if light beer has the same alcohol content as regular beer!?
Someone told me that it did but I am not so sure myself!.

It does not!.
Many light beers are watered down versions (literally) of the regular brand!.
The reason that they have fewer calories and carbohydrates is because they have less total substance, alcohol included!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Typically light beers have 4% alcohol by volume why most regular beers have 4!.7-5% Alcohol but can can be as high as 12% with some specialty brands!. So a typical 355 ml can of light beer would have 14!.2 ml of Alcohol while a 355 ml can of regular beer would have 17!.75 ml!. Light beers also usually have reduced carbs and less calories making them more appealing to health conscious consumers!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
