There's no quick answer!.
Stretch out your bladder gradually!.
By this, I mean drink lots of water every day!. Like, at least half a gallon daily (not as hard as it sounds and it's really good for you anyway)!.
At first you'll be peeing nonstop but if you're consistent with your water intake your bladder will learn to accomodate it and you'll be able to drink plenty without having to go so badly!.
This will naturally carry over to alcohol
