Is port wine stronger than regular wine ?!

Question: Is port wine stronger than regular wine !?
Answers:
Yes,
Port is a "Fortified" wine meaning that alcohol( such as brandy) was added to it!.
The story is simple!.
The English loved the wines of Portugal and decided to bring them back to England only to find out that they would spoil on the Journey home!.
So they fortified it with more alcohol to preserve it and Port was born!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
