How to have a successful night drinking alcohol?!


Question: How to have a successful night drinking alcohol!?
I have had my good and bad nights with drinking!. I have had my share of sick nights, forgetful nights, and regretful nights haha!.
Those nights were all with hard liquor and drinking in shots!. Tonight I am drinking with a few friends, and I'll either be drinking green apple Sourpuss or McGuinness long island iced tea!. So to avoid being sloppy drunk, or sick!.!. how should I prepare for my night :)
ie: what to eat for dinner, eat while drinking, timing!.!. anything you can think of!.

Trust me, the first few years I drank, I was the sloppiest mess you've ever seen!. However, I've only puked twice!. Now, I get to a point when I'm satisfied with how drunk I am without being a total mess!. Make sure you eat before your night out, but not right before; you don't want to have an over full stomach that you could easily throw up!. Eat 2 hours or so before you go out, with filling foods that aren't greasy or too heavy!. Breads are good, as they absorb the liquids in your stomach!. If you're taking shots, pace yourself!. Start with a few in a row, take a break with a beer or water, and continue a little later!. you should even becareful with mixed drinks; when drinking hard liquor, you don't realize how drunk you are until you blink after your 6th and all of a sudden, you're totally gone!. also, make sure to drink lots of water while drinking, so that you can stay hydrated and avoid a hangover the next day!. Working out the next morning is also a great detox from a hangover and is still burning off all those hundreds and hundreds of calories you ingested the night before!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The easy answer would to not drink at all, but I know in a social setting it is hard not to!. First off always let you stomach settle for an hour after you eat before you start drinking!. Eat some thing with substance like bread or pasta!. If you want to drink during your meal it depend on the food!. If it's a burger and fries have a beer and if it's pasta have wine, but never drink mixed drinks with food it never turns out well!. Next I would suggest a three drink limit and stick to one thing!. Don't mix beer with liquor ever!. If you are planing on taking shots have a chaser like soda or juice and sip on a light mixed drink like Jack and coke or cranberry vodka what ever you prefer!. If its going to be a long night always limit yourself to 2 drinks in a hour!. Getting sloppy drunk is never fun in the long run!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a lot of starchy food, eat a lot of salt to retain water, drink a lot of water, and make sure you have enough vitamins in you!.!.!.and eat something (appetizers) while you are drinking!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and eat and drink a lot of water before you go to bed after drinking!.

Being sick from drinking too much is a result of your body being dehydrated and depleated from vitamins and electrolytes!.

also, don't drink to the point where you are sloshed!! Nobody enjoyes a drunk idiot and it's dangerous when you get beyond the point of self-control or remembering!. Respect yourself through respecting your body and not making a fool of yourself and damaging your reputation!.

Eat as many carbs and bread as you can!. When you drink pay attention to how fast you are drinking and how much!. If you have about 3 shots in a row in less than 5 minutes then you should chill for about an hour!. If you feel a little nice then slow down and let your body absorb the liquor!. If you feel nice and keep drinking you will be Fucced up!. That is a recipe for vomiting and hangovers!.

I will tell you a trick, order a water!. Drink the water all night while you are drinking!. That adds extra liquid that will dilute the alcohol!. You will also pee more which will help you get rid of the alcohol!. Drink water when you get home and the next day!. It will help you not have a hangover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am Russian and on any given evening we can sit down and drink (in shots) 750 ml of Vodka for two people which is about 12-15 shots!. The key to this is that we have food to eat with it throughout the entire evening!. Make sure you have carb heavy foods like bread and potatoes!. I chase my shots with coca cola and drink a large glass of water before I go to sleep!. I wake up feeling great in the morning and can easily do it again if it makes the agenda!.

PS!. Liquor before beer and you are in the clear, beer before liquor, never sicker!. And the less sugary drinks the better, stick to mixed drinks w/soda or tonic or just a splash of coke/sprite!.

Without knowing your body weight or muscle mass to fat ratio we can only give generalities!.

First, eat a good dinner with plenty of protein and some bread!. When you go out drinking, DON'T OVER DO IT!. Space your drinks out and take your time!. Drink a glass of water between drinks!. It's not necessary to pound drinks and keep in my mind there is some lag time between the actual drink and its effect on you!. Once you feel a buzz, hold off and enjoy it, you can merely sip lightly and maintain at that point!. Chances are it will get stronger but if you just down another drink you'll quickly pass from buzzed to all out drunk!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a good meal, space out your drinking (not a new drink every ten minutes), avoid shooters!. Eat a little during the night as well!. Maybe have a glass of water to prevent dehydration!.

Oh, did I mention no shooters!?

Maybe find a good beer that you like and drink it in MODERATION!. Liquor drinks have a way of sneaking up on you, especially in sweet tasting drinks like you mention!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alternate your drinks with water!. Have one drink of whatever you want, then have one water before you start on your next drink!. Don't mix different types of liquir (like vodka and then whiskey and then a beer)!. Before you go to bed have another glass or two of water!.

Sickness is caused by dehydration- water is your best, natural way to prevent it!.

Being proactive is the best approach!. So kudos to you!. I suggest you drink plenty of water, stay well nourished, so don't skip any meals, and try to stay away from the really sweet sugary drinks!. In addition, I think you may find this Liquor Live article quite helpful:

Well after you drink Just take a good Asprin so you dont get a hangover the next morning!., And With it drink a whole cup of water, Its the best remedy for it!.
