From there you can gleen some great information and brew a great beer!. Then if you want other books anf magazines you can just google or Amazon!.com what your needs are!.
Do not expect your beer to taste like Bud or Coors!. You will get a lot of flavor from your brews!. But do not let one opr two bad flavored brews turn you off!. Keep trying you will get nice ones too!.

If you brew with Dry Malt Extract, make sure to add it while the water is hot, but not boiling yet!. If your water is full boiling, and you add DME, you get a huge mess and boil over explosion!. I made that mistake a few times when I first started!.

also, if you can, brew your next batch before your previous one has been bottled yet!. It really sucks to run out of homebrew and not have another batch there to back it up!.

also, make sure to hide 4-6 bottles from each batch, so you can try it after its aged a while!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do not forget the brew when it is boiling away!. I nearly scorched a Pale Ale into a smoked porter!.

Good ingredients = good beer so always use a brewers yeast and never use table sugar!.

Relax and enjoy after all it is just a hobby!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
