Mixed drinks made with everclear?!
i know ever clear is really potent and nasty, but its kinda cheap and gets me drunk fast (being 180proof and all!) so does anyone know what, if anything, can be mixed with this stuff to make it bearable to drink!? thanks :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make jello shots and substitute everclear for vodka!. in fact, try making any cocktail involving vodka and just substitute everclear, the only thing different would be the harsher burn from the added alcohol!.
mixing it with gatorade works too (the red flavor is best at masking the taste)!.
jungle juice is a popular party drink, they have really good recipes online with like 20 ingredients!.!.!.those probably taste better but real college-party jungle juice is just a bottle of everclear and as much fruit juice as it takes to make it drinkable, all in a big punch bowl!.
and if you're patient, you can infuse it with flavors like you would with vodka!. the higher the alcohol content the more flavor you get out of the infusion, so everclear would work great!. put whatever flavoring you want into the bottle, let sit for a week or two, and you'll have flavored everclear!. it'll still burn, so maybe mix it with some water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could make apple pie shots
1 gallon apple juice
1/2 gallon fresh apple cider
3 - 4 cinnamon sticks
1 liter Everclear? alcohol
Put the juice, cider, and cinnamon sticks into a pan and let simmer on the stove for about 2 hours (not boil)!. Turn off heat, pour in 1 liter or 2/3 liter Everclear (no taste of alcohol) to the batch and pour into punch cups!. Very potent, tastes exactly like apple pie!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I feel sorry for you that you got the 180 proof, here in Texas we can get the 190 proof (95% alcohol) - I disobeyed recommendations and had a shot the other night!. It went down like a strong vodka!.
