How do I restart fermentation?!

Question: How do I restart fermentation!?
I have started my first batch of hard lemonade!. The initial hydrometer reading was 1!.12 and has only gone down to 1!.11 in a week!. I added yeast nutrient to it 2 days ago with little or no results!. There is a little foam at the top of the batch when I look at it but not much!. It is a 2 gallon batch with 3lbs of corn sugar, 3/4 packet of champagne yeast, three containers of frozen lemonade concentrate and 2 cups of liquid lemon concentrate!. How can I get fermentation started again!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Try adding extra sugar,I also think the warmer where you keep it helps the fermentation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe add some more sugar!? You might have to check with a wine/beer miking supply shop!. The acid content may be to high (just guessing on these )Www@FoodAQ@Com
