Going to a party what alcohol should I take?!

Question: Going to a party what alcohol should I take!?
I've never taken alcohol to a party before!. But I feel like I should, just because I drink a fair share and yeah, I think it's rude!. What drinks do most people like that are at parties!?

Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ask the host/hostess if there is anything specific they would like you to bring!. This will also help them plan on what they are buying!. Otherwise, you should just simply stick with something basic that everyone likes such as a bottle of wine!. You are more than likely familar with the crowd- if wine doesn't seem right, go for beer or even just a nice type of vodka if you think there will mostly be mixed drinksWww@FoodAQ@Com

I normally take a bottle of my favourite drink(in my case malibu) and then a crate of larger or a bottle of vodka that way you know there is some thing there you will drink, plus something for the others!. have fun Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bring the beverage of your choice!. Share it proudly with the other guests!. If they like it they'll drink it and if they don't they will politely decline!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just bring a 12 pack (or 24 pack if youre feeling generous) of your favorite beer!. thats what i do!. or ill bring a bottle of rum, everyone always likes the one that comes bearing giftsWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can't go wrong with some good rum!. It can be mixed with almost any drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As you are new you should start with beer!. Then you should go for the wine and then the others!.
