depends what stores you have at you Mall!.!.!. not all malls have the same stores!.
as for general stores that sell wine glasses, they usually have a few choices at Macy's, Sears, JC Penny, and such, but you won't usually find "cute" ones there!. You can find simmilar ones likely at Walmart, Kmart or Target!.
your best bet is at homewere specialty stores, which usually arn't as common in malls, and the ones that are there are varied!. I would say your best choice is an Import place:
