What's a good way to "estimate" drink measurements?!

Question: What's a good way to "estimate" drink measurements!?
I was told that for every "second" you pour an alcoholic drink, it's "one shot"

I think this depends a LOT on the size of the liqour bottle, am I right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The size of the bottle does not matter!. It depends on the size of pouring spout you insert into the bottle!. Insert a spout and test by pouring a shot glass full with the bottle completely inverted, counting as you do!. Then you will know what "count" is about a shot using your spout!. It will matter very little what size liquor bottle you use as long as the spout fits firmly in the neck!.

if you have a pour spout a count of 4 is 1oz of liquor Www@FoodAQ@Com
