Answers:
Common misconception is that herbal tea is tea!. It has no tea in it!. Herbal tea is in fact flowers!. You are more than welcome to have hot flower water any time of the day you wish!.

As to real tea, from a tea bush, you can look at Red tea!. Rooibos is the main variety you'll find!. It is naturally caffeine free, and is in fact a tea!.

Most bagged teas contain the smallest tea fragments, usually poor quality!. Decaffinated tea is made from this, but the process makes it even worse!.

I've had great teas from www!.specialteas!.com!. You can easily find something there that would be good!.

Here's a tip for making decaf yourself: Most of the caffeine is realeased in the first 15 seconds of brewing!. Simply pour some hot water into your cup, brew for 15 seconds, discard!. Then brew as you would normally and it will be (almost) caffeine-free!. For high quality teas, like their China Red Emperor, you can actually use the tea again to brew a complete 2nd batch!. This will have even less caffeine than the discard method; also be a little lighter and less tannic, probably good things in a night tea!. No reason you couldn't reuse the tea leaves from a mid-day tea at night!. If you haven't tried whole leaf tea yet, you ought to!. Definetly worth the investement!. You might have a tea shop in your area, I'd check it out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are so many flavored teas out there in stores!. I've seen cinnamon, vanilla, strawberry and peach, along with many more!. Just be sure the tea is decaffeinated so you won't be up all night!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most of the herbal teas (Chamomile) do not have caffeine - so a good choice before bed!. There is also a type called "Sleepytime" but I cannot remember who makes it!.
