I had a summer internship that required me to wake up at 5 every morning!.
By the end of the summer, I was working on 5 Monster's a day!.
I believe one 16 oz can of Monster has 240ish mg of caffeine!.
Monster's worked for me, but I eventually acquired a physical dependence on them, which I'm still trying to recover from!.
Just use moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I drink a 16-ounce Monster energy drink every morning instead of coffee!. The taurine and carnitine in it kind of has the same effect as an antihistamine that amps you out!. Plus there's a lot of caffeine in it, which might make you a bit jittery!.

A friend of mine at work used to drink two of the Monster coffee drinks a day until he started compaining of stomach pains!. Turns out he was drinking too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use the 5-hour power shot!. There's no crash effect afterwards; no sugar to slow you down, and none of those other ingredients that elevate the heart rate to the point of dangerous!. It gives you amazingly long lasting energy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rockstar vodka's are the only time i noticed any effects from an energy drink!. It made me feel super alert!. But besides that no an energy drink without alcohol doesn't affect me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

monster is really good it has a mild effect works within 20 minutes and lasts for around 2 hours if you want something really strong go to a g-n-c and buy red line its very strong works within minutes and will make you extremely hyperWww@FoodAQ@Com

Be careful with those drinks-FYI my friend called an ambulance because he thought he was having a heart attack (27 yrs old) and it was from too many energy drinks!. The emt said it was happening a lot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
