I didn't get the worm, but I was at a Mexican party where the bottle was passed around and all the men had to take a swig!. The person who got the worm was considered lucky since the worm gives you lots of power in the romance area!. You don't chew it up or anything!.!.!.just swallow it down!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
