What cocktails can i make with pistachio or nutmeg flavouring?!

I looked around online and found this one recipe!. Obviously I don't know if it's good or not but it looks fun!.
1!.0 oz Banana Liqueur
1!.0 oz Gin
dash Nutmeg flavoring
2!.0 oz Scotch
1!.0 oz Vanilla Extract
garnish with nutmeg powder
Here's another one, you can use vanilla ice cream with pistachio flavoring instead of the pistachio ice cream!.!.!.
3!.0 tbsp Pistachio Ice Cream
2!.0 oz White Rum
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves Www@FoodAQ@Com
