I enjoy brewing pale ales the most!.!. due to the fact that at my brew store the supplies are readily available and relatively inexpensive!.!. and im not incredibly confident!.!.

i would really like to try making an a Stout probablly an oatmeal or russian imperial!.!. which i hear is more difficult!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hands down gueuze lambic then sour ale!. I just wish they weren't so expensive!. Haven't brewed either of those styles as I don't have the patience to wait a months and/or years!. I love to brew pumpkin beers!. I'm doing a second one tonight!. I love the way my house smells after!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm primarily a bock man!. I do a double bock that I could survive on (if I were a monk during Lent)!. I'm also trying to create something between European and American bock!. It's not exactly what I want but it's close!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Funny Bock/Bach I seen that one!.

I most like to brew Pale Ales and IPA because they are easy!. But then also Brown Ales and Porters too!.
