Yes you have to be 18 to purchase the actually hookah pipe!.
Herbal shisha can be smoked at a lounge if you are 16!.
Non Hookah coals, can kill you, especially barbecue coals
Unless you are 18 with a credit card, no where!. If you are most retailers ship with the name of their owner on the postage, not mentioning hookah in anyway!.
Stay away from Soex, that stuff is so nasty it tastes like 2 week old sock filled with cottage cheese!. If you want to go herbal!.!.!.trust me they all suck!. Your only good options are Hookah Hookah Black Label and Saalaam!. When you look online a lot of the big retailers don't carry it!.!.!.there's a reason!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
