Just about anything you like!. The nice thing about holiday brews is that you can experiment and do unusual things to straight styles we normally would not do!.
Make a nice Imperial Stout Wassail!. That is a spiced Imperial Stout!. Years ago I was brewing an annual cranberry/orange brown ale!. One thing I did not consider then was that cranberries are bitter!. So I should have reduced the hop (IBU) and also used a spicy hop like Styrian Goldings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This place has a nice recipe for a stout!. Just adjust it to your liking!. I like the idea of the Imperial Stout mentioned and also a flavored stout!. Many people are brewing special versions of a Chocolate Stout or perhaps a Chocolate & spice stout!. They are easily done by adding coco and/or spice to the boil and/or fermentor!.
