Answers:
Well, don't drink more to relieve the hangover!. It will help temporarily, but may delay your feeling better!.

These help:
--Sports drinks
--Exercise (if you can make yourself do it)
--Acidophilus
--Prickly pear cactus extract

And remember!.!.!.!.Beer before liquor, you've never been sicker!. Liquor before beer, you're in the clear!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need a few things: First off sugar, your liver needs it to metabolize alcohol so drink fruit juices even try it after drinking before sleeping, Second you need vitamins take a couple vitamin pills before you go to bed but stay away from aspirin or other pain killers because they destroy the liver when you drink on top of them!. Third you need to rehydrate drink enough water so you piss alot it cleans your kidneys out!. Sleep or Caffeine will get rid of a headache and not kill your liver like pills, the booze did enough of that you dont need anymore help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, it helps to take aspirin and vitamin B12 before you go to sleep!. but the problem is that you don't always remember!. LoL

some tips to avoid hangovers:
1) spend the extra $ on better liquor, it's worth the money to avoid spending the next day in agony
2) avoid sweet drinks! no sweet & sour, triple sec, any pucker
3) stick to one type of liquor: vodka+jager+rum+whiskey=:(
4) drink a glass of water in between drinks (i still can't bring myself to follow that one, but it helps)

hope that helps for next time at least =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
