Hey i have a question about underage drinking?!
Say that a few of my friends got caught drinking by cops and they have been breathalyzed, my alcohol level was !.00% Would i still get in trouble for being there!? p!.s!. the state im in is PAWww@FoodAQ@Com

If there was no physical alcohol or empty bottles/cans they could attribute to you, then there's no possesion law being broken!.
Then you can't be held accountable for your friends actions -- your BAC of 0!.00% shows you didn't drink anything (or drank a long time ago)!. Your friends would have non-zero BACs and they would probably be cited for underage consumption or possibly drunk in public/disorderly conduct!.

yeah!. in most cases they don't even use a breathalyzer!. if you're underage and you're found with alcohol, you and everyone you're with get in trouble!. it doesn't matter if any of you drank because possession itself is illegal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
