or is it all removed!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
no need to shout!. when you buy carling or any of the mass produced lagers there is no yeast residue in the product!. if consuming in a pub you may get yeast traces from the glass it is served in if the glass previously had real ale in it!.
if you really need to avoid all yeast don't drink any fruit juice, this almost always has a tiny amount of yeast residue!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some Belgian ales and the beer style Hefeweizen (Hefe = Yeast in German) has some yeast in the bottle!. The great majority of the beers around the world have the yeast filtered out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Carling and similar gassed lagers are filtered and pasteurised so there is no life left, which is why they have added gas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
